Welcome to the 2nd Annual Savannah River Classic
Posted on March 1, 2010 by SRK
The 2nd Annual Savannah River Classic fishing tournament is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 30 and Saturday May 1, 2010. All anglers are encouraged to register to compete this year for even bigger prizes. There were numerous participants from Allendale, Barnwell, Bamberg, and Hampton counties at last year's event but we would like to see anglers from all over the state of Georgia participate in this year's tournament as well. Prizes will be awarded for the three largest fish in each of four species – Striped Bass, Catfish, Largemouth Bass, and Panfish (bream, shellcracker, crappie, readbreast). There will also be a prize for the biggest four species aggregate weight. Youth anglers will receive participation prizes as well as
prizes for their catch!
