
To file a report on a site that you have inspected, follow the instructions below:
1. Login [if you haven't registered yet, sign up here]
2. After logging in, click on the Report a Site link
3. Answer the questions as best you can or indicate if not applicable or unsure and use the final box to make any specific comments you wish to make. If you make a mistake or forget to answer a question, just use the back button in your browser. [If you re-inspect the same site at a later date, fill out a separate form. We will be able to correlate the data from the locations.]
4. When you are finished click on submit
5. After submitting, you will be prompted to add any pictures of the site as evidence. If you are not prompted to upload pictures, use your browser's back button and fix your mistake
Currently, a copy of the completed site report will be sent to the appropriate reporting agency (if provided by you) and yourself, in addition to it being archived in Savannah Riverkeeper’s database. Due to the high turnover rate, a list of current reporting agencies is not feasible at the moment.
