Dr. Frank Carl was the original founder and Riverkeeper for Savannah Riverkeeper from its inception in 2001 until last year when he officially retired. Mr. Carl has been a vital part of this organization for years and his departure from Savannah Riverkeeper will be felt by all. Fortunately, Frank has offered to stay on as an advisor for any scientific needs that may arise in the future. Thank you for all your hard work Frank!
